Planning for Elderly Care

Whether you are looking for occasional care, or a more regular arrangement, it's a good idea to work out some of the following details before engaging the carer:
  • What days and hours do you require assistance for?
  • What tasks do you want the carer to perform for your elderly person?
  • Do they require assistance with personal care?
  • Do you want the carer to provide companionship?
  • Will the person be at home for their visits, or will the carer need to take them to doctor or other appointments?
  • Would you like the carer to accompany your elderly person to a particular activity?
  • Will the carer need a driver’s licence and/or their own car?

We try very hard to pick the right carer for your family. Your answers to the above help us select the right carer.
